As we’re a very local and small businss we’d like to reduce to the minimum the amount of income drainied by third party companies; that doesn’t mean we do not want oparate smart and easy, nor we want to move costs to the travelers, we just want to make it differently !
Bank wire transfer, our preferred method 🙂

- costless for both the sender and the receiver (at least within Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)

- it’s manageable anywhere by the home banking
PayPal (to be used under limited circumstances)
It’s one of the most used, secure, quick and easy paiment methods, the amount drained from local area is around 4%, So please do use it only whenever bank wire transfer is too expensive or too complicated to be used for you.

Yes we’re a very small and local company; our goal is attracting people from all over the world in the local area were we proudly live.
Said that, it’s very frustrating to acknowledge that in the same business, more and more third party multinational companies are operating and draining income having the the goal to make smart and easy meeting demand and offer (e.g. financial payment services, On Line Travel Agencies, just to mention a few)
We believe in the product and service that we deliver using our own internal resources, and we keep on reducing to the minimum the amount of income drained by third parties companies

Well to be honest we don’t have a pool at all; actually we love too much our nearest wide, wild and long beach in Marina di Vecchiano (just 20 min by car, or 1 h by bicycles) that we couldn’t think about building up an artificial yet catchy pool in our park. Additionally the Serchio river flows just 100 m from the house.
Let’s keep distance from standardized vacation rentals, let’s walk off the the beaten path, whereever beaches are available let’s get rid off artifical pools 🙂

Yes Wi-Fi is always available for guests indoor and outdoor in the front garden, please ask for your password at check-in… the service is for free !
